It is with a sad heart I have to announce the closure of Dingwall classes. The last class will be on the 16th October.

I would also like to thank the other Instructors for a fantastic day......I didn t know I could learn so much in such a short time!, also thank you for being so open and friendly to everyone and for sharing your knowledge with us.
It was great to see all the different Martial Art styles coming together, once again, with no heirs and graces or politics.
I would also like to say a special thank you to, Kyoshi Hoursten, Kyoshi Austin, Renshi Christopher Spann, Shihan Helen Beattie for my promotion to 4th Dan through the Northern Budo Alliance......it was such a shock but much appreciated.

Huge congrratulations to Natasha Ross for successfully passing her Dan Grading held in Thurso on Sunday.
Natasha did exceptionally well during the grading and received excellent comments from the grading panel, some of the words used in converstation were, "graceful", "powerful", "fluid" and "a credit to Martial Arts".
